Items that groups can bring:

  • Items for children
    • Good Shoes and tennis shoes, starting at child size 6
    • New Undergarments-socks, underwear, bras, white undershirts
    • Personal hygiene products- deodorant, lotion, shampoo, hair stuff, etc. 
    • Good Kitchen dish towels
    • Sports equipment (dodge balls, basketballs, soccer balls, tether balls, team vests, jump ropes, etc). Balls should be deflated before flight
  • Misc. School Supplies:
    • Puzzles
    • Colored pencils and markers (slim-line and wide-lined) 
    • Elmer’s glue
    • Glue sticks
    • Pencils
    • Erasers (all types, Pink Pearl work well) The kids like the type that go on the end of their pencils
    • Paints (squeeze, tempera, or water color) 
    • Play-dough or any kind of modeling clay
    • Scotch tape
    • Scissors, adult and child-sized   
  • Medical: 
    • Multivitamins for adults & Chewable multivitamins for kids
    • Acne creams and medicines for teens
    • Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, or other pain/arthritis meds for the Mountain Medical Clinic
    • Anti-fungus Cream, First Aid Cream or ointment
    • Omeprozole
    • Antacid tabs and stomach meds like Mylanta and Pepto-Bismol
    • Steri-strips (3M skin closures)
  • Tools 
    • Dewalt electrical drills - 20V
    • Pliers (various types and sizes) 
    • Wrenches (various sizes)
    • Measuring tapes (both in metric and inches)
  • Microphones, sound equipment or instruments for churches (can be used if in good condition)

  • School/Education: 
    • College education funds for 8 full-time students (approx. $150/month per student or $1,200/month total) 
    • Funds for 18 High School Students (approx. $100/month per student or $1,800/ total)
  • Planting Ministry: 
    • Spanish Bibles
  • Ministry funds for Texcoco church plant – Expansion Christian Church
    • Funds for construction of bathrooms
    • Assistance with Electricity to new property $1,000
    • Assistance with Water to new property $1,000
    • Assistance with Vacation Bible School $500-1000 Summer
  • Ministry funds for San Vicente church plant – Mission Chicoloapan
    • Fund Pastor $500 Month
    • Purchase of additional Chairs 25 - $40 each (total $1,000)
    • Vacation Bible School Funds $1,000 summer
  • San Vicente Church
    • Construction Funds for San Vicente church - $5,000+
    • Funds for Vacation Bible School $1,000 for supplies etc. 
  • Mountain Church Plants
    • Resources to purchase a piece of land next to church in La Libertad $6,500
    • Transportation for pastor - $1,800 per year
    • 3 Large Screen TV’s for churches ($600 each)
    • Vacation Bible School Funds - $1,200 summer for 300-400 kids (in three villages)
