In the past few months we have received many requests concerning children in need of a home. Many of these children are a part of a larger family. One case was a family of 7 brothers and sisters and 2 cousins. In late September God allowed us to take in another family of 5 children – 3 girls and 2 boys. They had been living in a temporary facility in the state capital.
In Deuteronomy 10:18 we see that God “defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the foreigner residing among you, giving them food and clothing.”
God is concerned with the needs of the “fatherless”, the orphaned, the abandoned children here and around the world. God has called us to take in additional children who are in need. We consider it truly a blessing to be able to bless these new children with the protection, education and the love that they so desperately need! With the recent changes we have made, we have the space and the staff to help meet their needs.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! Would you consider joining with us in ministering to one of these children every month through our H.U.G.S. program? $25 per month will help us care for one of these children.
