One of the blessings we offer our Mexican Staff is that we do not require them to raise their own support. We do kindly ask that our American Staff raise their first year’s support; however, we do not require them to continue raising support after the completion of their first year, which has also proven to be a blessing for them!
In other words, when Niños’ staff go on vacation, they go on vacation. They are able to go home, where ever that may be, and relax with their families. They do not have to travel around and try to raise support during their vacation time.
Although it is not required, many of the “home churches” and friends and family of our staff have chosen to support them through our Living Link program. Basically, they send money in the name of a staff member to offset those expenses generated by salary, health insurance, housing, etc. – just as if they were supporting that person directly. This helps free up general funds to be used for other areas of Niños’ ministry.
If you so choose, you may partner with Niños by providing a living link to any of our staff members by donating towards his or her, or their (in the case of a family) personal living link fund.
