Dr. Noé Flores grew up at Casa Genesis. He was one of Niños de México’s original children. After attending medical school, marrying, and working in a government funded clinic, the Flores moved back to the area so Dr. Noé could serve as Medical Director at Niños. Dr. Noé oversees anything to do with medicine at Niños. He treats the children and staff as well as taking teams once a month to Chilapa (Niños’ mountain medical clinic). Saraid also helps in the school as a School Monitor.

Dr. Noé and his wife, Saraid, have four children: a daughter Susy (married to Vitalik), and three sons; Saúl, Samuel, and Sahid. Susy and her husband, Vitalik, are very active in a new church work in Pachuca, Hidalgo, México. Saúl is studying at Dallas Christian College (TX), preparing to return to Mexico City to do new church work. The Flores have one grandchild.
