Mariela has adapted very well to her new life at the Agape house. She is the oldest of the kids there and has been a huge help to her house parents. At home Mariela helps make sure all the housework gets done and helps in caring for the younger children. Mariela also enjoys listening to music, and doing hair.
This school year Mariela is working very hard to finish her primary studies. She has begun some of her secondary studies and will continue to work on them for a few more years. At times school has been a struggle for Mariela, but she continues to work hard and do her best.
